Many faces, one focus.

When an individual child’s life is compromised and he or she suffers death or a serious injury, the lives of families and the entire communities are changed forever. These tragedies don’t have to happen!!!  The important thing to remember about preventable injuries is that they are preventable. They often occur in predictable ways and can be completely avoided with the right education, awareness and planning. Tragic hurt associated with losing one child is one loss of life too many.  We don’t want any parent to have to endure the loss of a child. That is why we’re calling on everyone to come together, to raise awareness and to get involved so we can ensure that all children around the will have the chance to grow up healthy and safe, and do all of the great things that kids were designed to do.

Our Mission

Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."

The Andrew Joseph Foundation will serve as and advocate for SAFETY FIRST in community venues.  It will encourage the adoption of federal and state laws, policies and programs that can help save the lives of children and hold community venues accountable for injuries sustained by children while attending community venues or events. We will illuminate the disparity among policies that impede the premise of protecting children and those entities that claim safety as the #1 priority.
