Dear Friends:
A Birthday without Andrew Joseph, III

Andrew Joseph, III would have celebrated his 17th Birthday this year had he been given the opportunity to live and grow in a nurturing and supportive community. Andrew Joseph, III’s tragic death at 14 years old has sparked the conversation about how failed safety first parameters within law enforcement, school and community venues. On tomorrow, Saturday, April 2nd at 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm at the Seminole Heights Library, The Andrew Joseph Foundation will gather with friends, family, and Florida victim families for a “Birthday Party for Stolen Lives” to commemorate Andrew's birthday and have other families share their memories of lost loved ones so we can build community and find the strength to challenge a system that has tried to tear our families apart.

Florida victim families confirmed for the event include:  Tinoris Williams, Marlon Brown, Rodney Mitchell, Elias G. And Corey Jones -All Florida families who have suffered a terrible tragedy occur at the hands of law enforcement. We are collectively calling on the Department of Justice to investigate the pattern and practice of the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Department.
